This catalog was published for the exhibitions at Rupertinum, Salzburg, December 11, 1999 – January 30, 2000; Museum of Modern Art, Oxford, April 2 – July 2, 2000; Magasin 3, Stockholm Konsthall, August 19 – December 10, 2000.

I have no inhibitions, and neither has my camera. I have lived a full life and have tried everything. What may be abnormal to you is normal to me. If I had to live my life over again, I would do it all the same way…only more so. Everything I write about it true…and I have the pictures, the checks, the memories and the scars to prove it. – Weegee
